At the conclusion of the workshops, individuals will undergo a selection process to identify those with the greatest potential for success and financial empowerment.

Certified trainers, registered under the Ziphron Foundation, will assess participants based on their performance, dedication, and entrepreneurial aptitude. The selection process will be rigorous and objective, ensuring that financial empowerment opportunities are awarded to deserving individuals who are committed to utilizing their acquired skills effectively.
